The week begins with Jesus and His disciples entering Jerusalem. It’s a long week ahead of them, but it begins with a declaration. The King, the promised Messiah, had come to deliver his people. Unfortunately, the people did not see Jesus for who He was.

The events on the Monday of Holy Week reveal Jesus’ righteous indignation toward the hearts of those who are only looking out for themselves and never consider what God is truly asking of them.
