The letter ends with a few instructions; the writers asks them to pray for the workers in the field, to take instruction well, and to continue to grow in Christian maturity. His prayer is a powerful summation of everything that he has brought up through the letter, looking to Jesus’ perfect sacrifice and the work of the Spirit in us to become more like Jesus. As this study closes, take time to think back on where you have been stretched in your faith through the time we have spent in the book of Hebrews.
